Our Birds
We have Chinese Ring-necked/Mongolian Cross Pheasant that we propogate our farm with. These are 2-3Lb pheasant with fast flying wing action. It is a proud, territorial bird that is a strong flyer.
Bobwhite Quail do well on our farm. We frequently hear them calling to each other in the evenings after a long day of hunting. They fly quick and low. We don't recommend them for beginner hunters due to the level of difficulty.
We also have Chukar Partridge. Chukar are slightly larger than a quail and are also quick flyers. Many people enjoy their tender, sweet meat.
